Terms of Service

By purchasing a product or service from Nexus AI Solutions ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and plain-English on purpose.

What you are buying

• $97 AI Quick Win Snapshot: A one-page branded PDF report identifying the single highest-leverage AI fix for your business, delivered within 24 hours of your completed intake.
• $497 AI Readiness Assessment: A multi-section branded PDF report covering your operation, recommended tools, install steps, and upsell roadmap, delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake.
• Foundation / Growth / Scale monthly tiers ($1,200 – $4,500/mo): Managed implementation and ongoing tuning of the AI systems described on the /pricing/ and /services/ pages, billed monthly via Stripe.

Refund guarantee

If your $497 AI Readiness Assessment does not identify at least $1,000 per month of time or revenue your business is leaving on the table, we will refund the $497 in full upon your written request within 30 days of receiving your report.

How delivery works

• All work is asynchronous. You will not be asked to schedule a phone call.
• One-time products are delivered as a branded PDF emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• Monthly tiers include written status reports on a regular cadence per tier.
• You can reply to any email with questions; a real human will respond.

Cancellation

• One-time products ($97, $497): non-refundable except under the $497 refund guarantee above.
• Monthly tiers: cancel any time with 30 days written notice. You will be billed for the current cycle, no further charges after the notice period.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate intake information so we can deliver useful work.
• Have access to install or grant access to install the recommended tools (we will tell you exactly what is needed).
• Operate within applicable laws and your industry's regulations. Our recommendations assume compliant operations.

Limitations

We deliver recommendations and implementations grounded in your inputs and current best practices. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes (the refund guarantee covers the $1,000/mo identification threshold, not actual realized results). Implementation success depends on your team executing the install and tuning steps in the report.

Intellectual property

You own the contents of your branded report once delivered and may use it internally without restriction. The underlying assessment framework, templates, and methodology remain Nexus AI Solutions intellectual property.

Disputes

For disputes, please first contact nexusaisolutions26@gmail.com. We resolve almost everything via email within 1-3 business days.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted to this page with a new last-updated date. Existing engagements are governed by the terms in effect when you purchased.
