• Payment information: When you purchase a product, payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe via fastpaydirect.com). We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.
• Automatically collected: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visits) and analytics events (page views, click attribution via UTM parameters).

How we use information

• To deliver the products and services you purchase.
• To send you the assessment intake form, your branded report, and follow-up communication about your account.
• To send you cold outreach about our services if you appeared on a public business listing as a prospect — you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
• To improve our website and services based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your assessment intake answers with third parties beyond the processors needed to deliver your report (e.g., Anthropic for AI-generated portions where applicable).
• We do not call you. All communication is asynchronous (email, written messages).

We use minimal analytics. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels on our site. If we add one in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be added.

Data retention

We retain customer data for as long as your engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and audit purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
