What you keep: 80% of what most owners actually need ChatGPT for.
2. Claude (free tier)
Anthropic's Claude has surprisingly generous free limits. Better at long-form writing and document review than free ChatGPT. Worse at image generation (it doesn't do images).

The free CRM tier is real — not a trial. Up to 1 million contacts, basic deal tracking, email tracking, basic reporting. Perfect starter CRM for a small business.
The paid tiers add automation, sequences, and reporting depth, but the free tier is enough to start.
11. Canva (free tier)
For business owners who need to make social posts, simple graphics, or basic marketing collateral without paying a designer. The free tier is fully usable; the paid tier adds team collaboration and brand kits.
12. Otter.ai (free tier)
