How long does it take to set everything up?
Most systems are fully built and live within 2 weeks. Week 1: we get access to your tools, map everything, and start building. Week 2: systems go live, we test and verify, and your team starts seeing results. Complex multi-system builds may take 3 weeks. You do not need to do anything during this time except give us access to your existing tools.
What happens after the systems are live?
We manage everything on an ongoing basis. That means monitoring for errors, optimizing based on performance data, adding new automations as your business evolves, and sending you regular reports. The initial commitment is 3 months — enough time for every system to be built, launched, and showing measurable results. After that, it is month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. We earn your business every month. If the systems are not delivering value, you should not be paying for them.
